1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Calendæ application, published by ANDRO MEDA. By using the service, you accept them.

2. Access and account

Calendæ can be used without an account (local data) or with a free account (email + password) for syncing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, access it fraudulently, or infringe third-party rights.

4. Plans and subscription

Calendæ comes in two plans:

• Free (€0): the full calendar, an unlimited number of connected calendars (Outlook, iCloud, Google…) with their sync, cross-device sync, two goals and the “X days without” habits.
• Premium (paid): unlimited goals, automatic session scheduling, the full progress dashboard, and advanced tracking (measurements, treatment courses).

The prices, duration, renewal, payment terms, trial period and cancellation terms of the Premium plan are set out in the terms of sale, which prevail for everything relating to the paid subscription.

5. Availability

ANDRO MEDA uses reasonable means to keep the service accessible. For the Free plan, the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of continuous availability. For the Premium plan, ANDRO MEDA is bound by a best-efforts obligation: the service is kept accessible under normal conditions, though interruptions may occur (planned maintenance, technical incidents, dependencies on third-party services such as the host or Microsoft). In the event of a prolonged unavailability attributable to it, the Premium subscriber has the remedies set out in the terms of sale.

6. Data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

ANDRO MEDA cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, nor for the content of the third-party calendars you connect. Calendæ is an organisation tool and does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, etc.).

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
