1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Calendæ application, published by ANDRO MEDA. By using the service, you accept them.

2. Access and account

Calendæ can be used without an account (local data) or with a free account (email + password) for syncing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, access it fraudulently, or infringe third-party rights.

4. Plans and subscription

A free version is offered. A paid Premium plan may be offered; its terms and prices will be set out at subscription time in dedicated sales terms.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur (maintenance, incidents, third-party dependencies).

6. Data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

ANDRO MEDA cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, nor for the content of the third-party calendars you connect. Calendæ is an organisation tool and does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, etc.).

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
