Terms of sale

Last updated: September 10, 2026 · Français

These terms of sale govern the purchase of the paid Premium plan of Calendæ. The free plan remains governed by the terms of use.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions under which ANDRO MEDA sells access to the Premium subscription of the Calendæ application to any individual acting for non-professional purposes (the “consumer”) or professional purposes (the “subscriber”). Any subscription implies prior and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Seller

ANDRO MEDA, SAS with share capital of €1,000, registered office 21 avenue de la Liberté, 67000 Strasbourg, France, Strasbourg Trade Register 108 452 657, VAT FR01 108 452 657. Contact: contact@andro-meda.com (see the legal notice).

3. Plans and essential features

The detailed features of each plan are presented on mycalendae.com before subscription.

4. Price

The Premium plan is offered at €4.99 per month or €49 per year (prices incl. VAT, French VAT included). Prices are stated in euros. Annual payment reflects a discount over monthly payment. ANDRO MEDA may change its prices; a new price is notified to the subscriber and only applies from the next subscription period, the subscriber being free to cancel before it takes effect.

5. Trial period

The Premium subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. No amount is charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, unless cancelled beforehand, the subscription automatically continues as a paid plan and the first payment is charged. The subscriber may cancel at any time during the trial, free of charge.

6. Subscribing

Subscription requires a Calendæ account (email + password). The checkout flow summarises the selected plan, its price and duration before confirmation. The order becomes firm once payment is confirmed; a confirmation is sent by email.

7. Payment

Payment is made by card through our provider Stripe. Card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified); ANDRO MEDA has no access to them and does not store them. The price is charged at each due date (monthly or annual) on a recurring basis until cancellation. If a payment fails, Premium access may be suspended after notice to the subscriber and failing regularisation.

8. Duration and renewal

The subscription is entered into for the chosen term (month or year) and renews automatically, at each expiry, for a period of the same length, unless cancelled. In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer subscriber may choose not to renew their subscription: they can cancel it at any time, under the conditions set out in article 9 below.

9. Cancellation by the subscriber

The subscriber may cancel at any time, without reason, from their account using the online cancellation feature (“three-click” cancellation, article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code) or by writing to contact@andro-meda.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; the subscriber keeps Premium access until then. No pro-rata refund is due for the current period, subject to the right of withdrawal (article 10) and mandatory legal provisions.

10. Right of withdrawal

As this is a digital service and content, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw, without reason, from the conclusion of the contract. This right may be exercised by notifying the decision to contact@andro-meda.com (a model form is available on request).

Immediate performance — waiver. If the subscriber requests immediate access to the Premium features before the end of the 14-day period, they expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed; otherwise, if withdrawal occurs during performance, they owe the amount corresponding to the service already provided. During the free trial, as no amount is due, withdrawal has no financial impact.

11. Legal guarantee of conformity

The digital service benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): ANDRO MEDA provides a service that conforms to its description and, in the event of a lack of conformity, the subscriber may obtain that it be brought into conformity. These guarantees apply without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

12. Suspension or termination by ANDRO MEDA

In the event of a serious breach by the subscriber (fraudulent use, attempt to disrupt the service, persistent non-payment), ANDRO MEDA may, after notice and failing regularisation, suspend or terminate Premium access, without prejudice to any other right.

13. Liability

ANDRO MEDA is bound by a best-efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for unavailability attributable to a third-party service or to force majeure. These terms do not limit liability where the law prohibits it.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure due to an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

15. Personal data

The processing of subscription and payment data is described in the privacy policy.

16. Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint: contact@andro-meda.com.

17. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute, after having sent a written complaint to the seller. Competent mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, which can be contacted online at cm2c.net or by post: CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris, France. The consumer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts under ordinary rules; the consumer may bring the matter, at their choice, before the court of their place of residence, in accordance with the applicable protective rules.
